This cell is overwhelmingly the best primary Lithium CR123A battery available, both in terms of maximum capacity and maximum discharge/drain. This is NOT a rechargeable cell – it is only meant to be used until the cut-off voltage of ~2.0V is finally reached and then properly disposed of. It is also NOT a Lithium-ion battery/cell.
